snap: Use "snapcraftctl set-grade"

This, together with 'snapcraftctl set-version", negates the need to
modify snap/snapcraft.yaml upon each release, so the corresponding code
is removed from releaser/releaser.go.

Also, vendorInfo is extended to include the snap version number.
